We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

By purchasing any Witch’s Name Etymology and Numerology report from www.craftywitchanna.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be granted under any circumstances. Each report is a custom, personalized work created specifically for the purchaser and is therefore non-returnable and non-resalable. The reports are intended solely for personal insight, entertainment, or artistic purposes and are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, financial, or any other form of professional advice. Crafty Witch Anna disclaims any liability for decisions made based on the information provided.
Furthermore, all Witch’s Name Etymology and Numerology reports are the intellectual property of Crafty Witch Anna. The customer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, sharing, or publication of any part or whole of the report—including but not limited to posting on social media platforms, websites, blogs, or any other public or private forums—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action. By completing a purchase, the customer affirms their understanding of an agreement to these terms.
Please note that every product in our store is created with a custom and unique design, made specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, unique and custom design or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns for Original Art.
We do not accept returns Digital Art. Digital Art is not refundable.
We do not accept returns of clothes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union, China - no return and refund will be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
